Merol manufactures a Wear Guide Assembly that can help reduce wear and tear in Master Bushing Insert Bowls during drilling operations. The Wear Guide Inserts are made of high-quality materials that prevent damage to tubulars. The Wear Guide Assembly is mounted directly in the pin drive locations on 27-1/2″ and 37-1/2″ Master Bushings. Expendable Wear Guide Rings are also available for Pipe Sizes 3-1/2″ to 5″ and 5-1/2″ to 6-5/8″.
