We manufacture a wide range of inserts, including dies and circular buttons, that are used in slips and other handling tools. Slip inserts are made from high-quality alloy steel that has been case hardened to a required depth, while leaving the inner portion (core) ductile. The hardened surface is highly resistant to wear and provides excellent gripping of tool joints. The inner ductile core absorbs the shock of sudden impacts and heavy torque, resulting in efficient operation in the long run.

Slip inserts are the primary component in drill pipe slips, casing slips, and drill collar slips. They grip different sizes of tubulars, making them an essential element in the drilling process.
We can also manufacture customized dies or other OEM dies to meet specific requirements.
